The dedication of the Cedar Key Arts Center Sculpture Garden was well attended on Saturday, April 5. Bill Seyfarth thanked all of those who had help make the sculpture garden a reality and specifically thanked the artists (and families) that donated works of art to the garden including Mrs. Peter Astuni (two steel sculptures created by her husband), Cathy Christi (stone sculpture created by the Arts Centers Founder and Benefactor), Valerie Bretyl (cormorant mosaic); Henry Gernhardt (ceramic) and Chick and Marsha Schwartz (fisherman, fish and wall)
Postcards featuring the Sculpture Garden are now available. Cards may be purchased upstairs at the Arts Center, at Island Arts, or at the Barefoot Gallery. A donation of $1.00 is suggested per card. All proceeds go to the Arts Center.
