January - March, 2011. Sandi Allen will be coordinating plein air activities. We have found it almost impossible to make a set date work. FEBRUARY: or if it's still a bit cold in inside and join other artists the week of Feb 14-18
for "THE LOVE OF ART"

Give yourself a Valentine's gift by planning to save the week of February 14-18 for art. Maybe you just want to finish something, or maybe you have a project that will take several days and you just want to leave everything out, maybe you need more space, maybe you want to work with other artists… come in, bring your stuff and let's work together.

The Cedar Key Arts Center studio will be open 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (arrangements could be made for working into the evening and wee hours of the night if you so desire). Use the Art Center space and equipment for whatever you feel like working on - paint, sculpt, knit, mosaic, cut glass - WHATEVER. This will be a great opportunity to get input from other artists, share your craft and/or just have a relaxed time socializing with other like minded artists.

Friday after cleanup, the Arts Center will host a social hour and critique from 3-5 pm.
